Nutrition As Was Originally Intended...
Given the fact that you have arrived to this website, it is very likely that you or someone you know is being victim to some hard-to-deal-with illness or condition. Maybe illnesses like cancer, lupus, heart disease, renal dysfunction, diabetes, high blood pressure, migraines, hepatic cirrhosis, asthma, arthritis, Crohn's disease, and the like, which you might have heard to be incurable.
In this website you will know of at least two sources of hope and strength that will help you or the person you know endure, and maybe even overcome, this illness or condition, and maybe at the same time lead you to the most important truths you will ever learn in your life.
But let's first provide you with some basic and important information, (which some entities in the universe could have for some time been trying to hide from you).
Have you ever heard that the Bible, the word from the Creator, speaks of eternal life to all those that believe to Him?
Have you ever known that the Bible speaks of one day in the future, when every person that has lived and died in this world, during all of its history, will be resurrected, ones for eternal life, and the others for eternal condemnation?
And did you ever know that the Bible speaks of new heavens and new earth, where the redeemed will dwell forever, together with the Lord of Creation?
The Bible speaks of these and other promises, which, if embraced by men, could bring meaning, purpose and hope to their lives.
But, as you will agree, most people haven't even heard that the Bible speaks of such promises.
Why is it that most people haven't even heard about these promises from the Bible? Well, it is kind of curious, but what happens is that most people have the notion that the Bible is a book that does not contain anything that could be of importance to them, so they don't even read it. Of those who read it, many don't understand its message, and, of those who understand it, many don't believe it.
But why is it then that most people do not read, or understand, or believe the message that is written in the Bible, and instead think of the Bible as just a collection of moral "stories" and legends, which do not represent anything of importance to them?
This might be the first time in your life that you hear this, but what happens is that during decades it has been propagandized that the Bible contains information that has supposedly been scientifically proven to be false. You see, the Bible speaks about some things that could be considered scientific in their nature, like the age of the earth, and the natural history of when, how and by Whom all things were created, some of which things modern science have during decades alleged to have scientifically proven to be false. As more and more people heard this propaganda on the Bible containing scientifically false information, more and more people began to think of the Bible of just a collection of "stories", containing no relevant information regarding to real life, this continuing up to the present time when most people don't even read it.
But the important information that you might not know, (and that some entities in the universe might have been trying to hide from you), is that, as for the allegedly scientific proofs that allegedly prove the Bible to be false, it is them which are found to be false. This is, it is not true that the Bible has been scientifically proven to be false; on the contrary, when the scientific evidence is correctly interpreted, what it does is to confirm what the Bible teaches about the origins, history, purpose and destiny of God's dealings with mankind. When the scientific evidence is correctly interpreted what it does is to confirm that the Bible is a historic document that contains the answers to the most relevant questions humanity has to ask, which answers are nowhere else to be found.
The scientific evidence that proves that everything the Bible says is true, just as it says it, exists, and it is ample and abundant. But we'll finish this part giving you an example of the kind of questions we are dealing with, and how only the Bible can provide reasonable answers for them.
Have you ever wondered why is it that people die?
Have you ever wondered why is it that people suffer illnesses, diseases, aging, physical deterioration, and eventually death?
You see, like we mentioned before, as most people do not read, nor understand, much less believe what is written in the Bible, most people do not know that death, that which is considered so natural, was not part of the original intention the Creator had for mankind. The original intent the Creator had for his creation was for all of mankind to live forever, free from diseases and suffering, enjoying creation together with Him. This original intent has been temporarily detained because of the entrance of sin into creation(Book of Romans Chapter 5 Verse 12, the Bible). It is the entrance of sin into creation the reason why every person living or who has lived in this planet has been subject to diseases, pain, suffering, physical deterioration, aging, and eventually death.
But there is something in the Bible that is called "the message of the gospel". The word "gospel" means "good news", and these are that it is the Creator's intention to restore his creation to the original condition under which it was originally created; condition under which neither pain, nor suffering, nor diseases, nor aging, nor death existed; a perfect condition under which all that believe to Him will live forever, and which was his original intent for all of his creation.
Thus, the first source of hope and strength that can help you or the person you know endure, and maybe even overcome, that hard-to-deal-with illness or condition is contained in the following statement:
"It will not endure forever, and you will, if you want, be happy, either again, or for the first time in your life."
Let's proceed with some explaining on this statement.
One of the main methods the enemy of the Creator uses to torment mankind is to make them believe that there exists nothing after death. This belief is widespread, even among Christians( though mostly subliminal in this case), and makes most people believe that the only opportunity they will have to be happy is during this life. Thus, if someone is stricken with a chronic, or terminal, or annoying disease, illness or condition, or accident, he will have a tendency to think that his opportunity to find happiness, or be happy again, has been lost. This can make many people enter a deep depression, and might even make many begin to consider suicide.
But God has an answer to that false and tormenting belief, and it is that it is his intention for everybody to live forever, in complete perfection and happiness. Even if you die, you will be resurrected, and if you want and believe, your resurrection will be for eternal life.
Thus, the first thing you should have clear in your mind in order to endure and/or overcome your illness or condition is this concept: It will not endure forever.
1. It will not endure forever. During recent times there has been much scientific research that shows that many, if not most, illnesses and conditions are the direct result of the foods we as a society consume the most. In the last section of this webpage you will learn about "The Origins Design Nutrition System". The Origins Design Nutrition System is a nutrition system that promotes the foods that were originally intended for humans to consume, and avoids those that were not part of that design. A similar system is being used by a group of natural medicine doctors in Puerto Rico as the basis to successfully treat almost all known illnesses. There is a great possibility that, after applying what you will learn in The Origins Design Nutrition System, your illness or condition will disappear by itself, or at least be alleviated.
2. It will not endure forever. You see, though as effective as the food consumption habits change promoted by The Origins Design Nutrition System is, it is not a complete miracle. It might already be too late for the system to be completely effective, or your condition might have been caused by an accident, or something else. In this case, you can still have hope that the Lord of Creation can, during your lifetime, deliver you from your condition, through the working of a miracle. The Bible speaks of miracles that were worked by the Lord, and in present times there are many that could testify of the Lord having worked miracles on them. The Bible tells us to turn our lives to the Lord, ask him for his mercy to come upon us, and then wait for his will to be made on our lives.
3. It will not endure forever. Finally, and again, it might be too late for the nutrition system to be effective, and it might not be God's will to work a miracle on you. In this case, you might have to endure your condition during your lifetime, or you might even die from your condition. Nevertheless, you can still have hope, as the Bible teaches that not everything ends with death, and, even if you die, you will be resurrected. This is, should you have to endure your condition during your lifetime, there will come a time when, if you believe, you will be delivered from it, as the Lord has promised that he will restore perfection to his creation, and, should you die, there will come a time when, if you believe, you will be resurrected for eternal life.
Thus, if you want, and if you believe, there will be a time when you will be happy, either again, or for the first time, and it will be for eternity.
Having said the above, which you will agree is the most important, let's give it a try at disappearing your illness or condition, applying some biblical common sense, and knowledge truly scientific.
The Origins' Design Nutrition System
I- Introduction
We as a culture have been kind of silly regarding the foods we consume. For most of history, people's main diet consisted mainly of vegetables and vegetable products; meat and poultry consumption was sparse, and was considered mostly a luxury for kings and nobility. This made the incidence of chronic illnesses, like heart disease, and cancer, correspondingly lower. Only after the industrial revolution, with the advent of efficient refrigeration and transportation systems, and specially after World War II, with the increase in economic standards, has the consumption of animal products been "democratized". It has brought a "democratization" of illnesses too.
The nutrition system you are about to learn will represent a significant improvement in your overall health and well-being. This system is being used in different parts of the world to prevent, alleviate and/or cure multiple diseases and conditions, and to provide complete nutrition to thousands.

II) What is the Origins’ Design Nutrition System?
The Origin’s Design Nutrition System is a preventive health system that is based on recommendations made by natural medicine doctors for treatment of multiple illnesses and conditions. One of its main statements is that many human diseases are caused by the custom of eating animal-derived foods, like meats, poultry, milk, cheese, eggs, gelatins, and the like. There are many diseases that have been directly linked to this custom, like: heart disease, high cholesterol, clogged arteries, parasites, kidney malfunction, arthritis, diabetes, and many others. Thus, the first rule of the Origins’ Design Nutrition System will be to avoid all animal-derived foods. Why will you avoid these?. The reason is simple: the human body has an immune system that rejects any tissue, protein or molecule that comes from other animal organisms or human beings. When you ingest animal-derived products the following three things happen:
First, the products are decomposed by the digestive system through a strenuous, toxin-producing process into basic proteins.
Second, the toxins go to different parts of your body to contribute to a long-term poisoning of your system, and…
Third, the proteins thus produced, being animal-derived, enter the bloodstream to find themselves into an everlasting war with the body’s immune system. If they somehow manage to integrate into any part of the body, even there the immune system will keep attacking them, causing so-called auto-immune diseases in the process. Besides, many animal-derived products are loaded with antibiotics and hormones, particularly estrogens, which are by themselves harmful to anybody.
This does not happen with the foods you will be consuming with this system.
The Origins’ Design Nutrition System’s name comes from the fact that it is a system that will have you eat the foods that were originally intended for human beings to eat. What are these? In the Bible, Book of Genesis, Chapter 1, Verses 29 and 30, the Creator God told the first two human beings: “And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.”(Again, should you be one of the many that might think that, as for this is written in the Bible it is not scientifically and/or historically accurate, think again; there is abundant scientific argumentation that shows that as for the supposedly scientific proofs that supposedly prove the Bible to be false, it is them which are found to be false. As you can see, the first diet intended for human beings and animals was a completely vegetarian diet. Thus, the Origins’ Design Nutrition System will be a vegetarian system. This means you will only consume vegetables or vegetable-based foods. It has been proved that a completely vegetarian diet will provide you with the following benefits, among others:
1. Will help you live longer and healthier.
2. Will help you lose unwanted fat.
3. Will begin to detoxify your organism.
4. From the outset, will begin to eliminate many of the illnesses that you may have, if not all.
5. Your meals will have a far more delicious taste.
6. Will help you avoid digestion problems.
7. Will even help you save money, as the foods required for a completely vegetarian diet are among the least expensive at the grocery.
What then will you be eating? The foods you will be eating in the Origins’ Design Nutrition System will be classified in what could be called a "Digestive Index"as follows:
1) Digestive Index A: These foods are what could be called a "sustained fast". They are hypoallergenic and of easy absorption by the digestive system. In this index are the foods that allow the body to recover and heal. People that need to heal from any illness or condition should maintain themselves consuming only foods on this digestive index, until they heal completely. This could take anytime from a few weeks to, if your illness has been allowed to do much damage, maybe the rest of your life. It is important for you to understand that many of the foods you will eliminate in this system have an addictive nature, and once you stop eating them you might begin to experience withdrawal symptoms similar to "going cold turkey" on addictions like tobacco, drugs or alcohol. It is important that you overcome these, as returning to eat the animal-derived products will stop the healing process, and will surely reactivate the illness. The foods on Digestive Index A are the following:

2) Digestive Index B: The foods on Index B are complementary foods to the ones on Index A that can be eaten by those that are already in good health. This is, should you still be in the healing process, you should stick to Index A foods only. Even if you are in or have attained good health, it is recommended that your highest proportion of foods be from Index A anyhow, and that every three months take two or three weeks of Index-A-only consumption. The foods on Digestive Index B are the following:

3) Digestive Index C: The foods on this Index are inflamatory and stop all healing processes. They should be used only to help someone who might be having difficulty on breaking with the foods on Digestive Indexes D and F, or to show meat eaters that there are alternatives less damaging. The foods on Digestive Index C are the following:

* A word on fish:
It is possible that fish(all water creatures that have scales and fins) were created with human consumption as one of their functions. This can be seen on Luke 24:42 and John 21:9, where the resurrected Jesus ate broiled fish, and He himself was broiling one, and offered from it to the disciples. But for the moment, due to oceans' and rivers' contamination, we will not recommend fish consumption.
Your diet should consist of approximately 80% Index A root vegetables(vegetables that grow below the ground), eaten at breakfast and at lunch (these will provide you with most of the energy you will need for the day), and the remaining 20% of Index A above-the-ground-vegetables and fruits, eaten for dinner (or last meal of the day). You could use, for example, potatoes, carrots and beets as staple foods, and Index A above-the-ground-vegetables and fruits for the remaining 20%. Potatoes happen to be one the most nutritious foods available; as a matter of fact 2008 was proclaimed by the United Nations’ Food and Agriculture Organization(FAO) The International Year of the Potato, for its nutritional qualities ( See www.potato2008.org). A possible one-day schedule for this 80%-20% diet could be as follows:
Breakfast
Have some baked potatoes and carrots. A recipe for these will be given later.
Lunch
Enter any restaurant, whether vegetarian or not, and ask for two baked potatoes. Have them served with olive oil, and maybe onions.
Dinner
Have some stewed or stir-fry Index A above-the-ground vegetables, like pumpkin, artichokes, and olives. Add plenty of Index A fruits for dessert.
This can be varied with different kinds of vegetables and different recipes; it may take some time and study of vegetarian cuisine books until you can count with enough alternatives. But the main consideration should be to approximately maintain the 80%/20% distribution between Index A below-the-ground and above-the-ground vegetables, as it is the ideal balance for energy and nutrients.
Though possibly vegetable-derived, stay away from the following foods too:
1) Gluten-rich products. These include breads, cakes, pastries, pasta, vegetarian meat substitutes, and the like. Gluten is a very damaging protein which is related to respiratory conditions, clogged arteries and intestinal pains.
2) Foods that are too high in protein content. These include grains that have been dried and soy products. These put too high a stress on the kidneys, which can be damaging in the long run.
3) Soy and soy products. Besides having a too high protein content, soy is converted by the digestive system into estrogens.
You should not mix below-the-ground and above-the-ground vegetables in the same meal. The chemistries on each of them are different, thus mixing them puts a harmful stress on the digestive system. This, together with the fact that the below-the-ground vegetables are the higher-energy-content foods, is why you should eat below-the-ground-vegetables for breakfast and lunch, and leave the above-the-ground-vegetables for dinner.
You should drink about 64 ounces of good-quality water everyday to be well-hydrated. This is necessary because if the body does not find enough liquid within itself, it begins to ration it, sending the available water first to the vital organs (e.g. brain, heart, lungs, kidneys and liver), leaving the other organs without enough of it. This is harmful in the long run. Try the following water-drinking schedule:
8 ounces 30 minutes before each meal.
4 ounces with each meal
8 ounces 2½ hours after each meal
8 ounces at bedtime
That sums up to 68 ounces for the day, 4 more than the 64 required.
If you want, the 4 ounces with each meal can be substituted with fruit juice. Do not substitute water with coffee, tea or sodas. These contain caffeine, which is a diuretic, and will actually make you eliminate more water than the quantity you drank in them.
The different kinds of vegetables in the Origins’ Design Nutrition System can be prepared and served in many different ways, making this a nutrition system that will provide variety and flavor. At first, you will need help from some vegetarian cooking books until you find yourself confident on how to prepare the different meals. But once you taste the great flavor variety that can be achieved with vegetarian cooking, you will not want to go back.
As for the moments on which you are on the go, there are plenty of vegetarian restaurants around, and many fast food restaurants carry some vegetarian items. For example, Wendy’s Restaurants offer a baked potato that can be eaten for lunch; and so on, it’s just a matter of checking into the menus to see what might comply with the vegetarian criteria.
III) Recipe
BBQ-BAKED POTATOES AND CARROTS
This dish can be prepared for breakfast and/or lunch.
Ingredients
2 medium-sized potatoes
1 medium-sized carrot
2 onion slices
herbal seasoning
BBQ Sauce
Procedure
Peel and slice the potatoes and carrot. Mix with salt or herbal seasoning. Place in oven until half-baked. Turn over the potatoes and carrots, place onion slices and BBQ Sauce on top and finish baking. When finished, serve with olive oil.
IV) Should your condition still persist:
The Origins’ Design Nutrition System is based on recommendations being used by natural medicine doctors as the basis for treatment of multiple illnesses and conditions. From the outset, from just applying the Origins’ Design Nutrition System, many of the illnesses that you might have will begin to be alleviated, and maybe even possibly be cured. Should, after having applied the system for a reasonable time, any of the conditions you might have still persists, you might need specific help from a natural medicine doctor.
